“My wife and I bought our first home when we first got married around 6 years ago. The experience overall was cumbersome and it was only just becoming digital by way of things to sign. So we had LOTS to sign at closing. Also, we were in the dark on some aspects of the purchase process, so we played by ear and went along. Fast-forward 6 years; this home buy was much smoother than what we anticipated. Chuck kept us informed at every step of the process–even way ahead in some parts.
