Seventy going on 30! I may have white hair, crow's feet around my eyes and wrinkly hands, but when it comes to real estate, I'm as spry as a young chicken. My white hair is thanks to my 40+ years of hard work in the real estate business (and maybe a little thanks goes to my kids), my crow's feet are from all the smiling when I find my clients the homes of their dreams or sell their home for more than it's worth, and my wrinkly hands are due to all the deals I've shaken on in my career. The evidence of my age, is really the evidence of my years of success.Though I may not be young in years, I'm young at heart and have knowledge and experience that these other young realtors won't get until they're wrinkly and gray too! Why do all these years of experience matter?  I have worked with many different aspects of real estate. I began my career as broker/owner of Malone Realty & Investments. I then co-owned a home-building company and worked with land development, land sales, metal building, franchising, apartment building & leasing, retail building, development and commercial leasing. I am now an Associate Broker at JK Realty (a growing company with upwards of 200 agents). Not only do I know real estate inside and out, but I also have great resources for anything a home buyer could ever need (locksmith, painter, electrician, landscaper, pool maintenance, pest control, carpenter, etc.). I've figured out the strategies behind buying and selling. I've worked out all the kinks.Through the years, I've figured out what works and doesn't work when it comes to buying and selling. I have a proven track record of sold listings whether it's a buyer's or seller's market.
