Realtor Magazine identified 11 major trends, here are a few of them that you may want to know about. For example, what’s the new, hot paint color? The New Gray

White and gray have always been go-to neutral colors, but taupe is coming in as the newest favorite. The gray-brown is a great neutral, while it adds a little extra “coziness.” Would you paint your home taupe?

Quartz and Quartzite are becoming the new favorites for counters. Being just as durable as granite with a wide array of options, it’s becoming the new must-have for any kitchen!

Sense of Community

People crave community. They want to feel that closeness with people. As more and more of us are working longer hours and moving away from family, it’s difficult to satisfy that craving. Because of this, community centers and close-knit neighborhoods are being highly sought after.
