SO MUCH MONEY!

Buying a home involves A LOT of money! Not only do you have to somehow come up with a down payment, but you should also have the first month or so of your mortgage payment prior to moving in, and then you still have closing costs and moving expenses to consider!

Money will be literally flying out the window! But it doesn’t have to be stressful. We will work with your lender and title company to estimate the amount of money you will need to purchase your new home, so you have a pretty clear idea of how much it will cost. Realizing these costs now and saving up for it is the best way to not be caught off guard.

Maybe you feel the home is listed too high, or maybe you want the seller to reduce the price or throw in some closing cost concessions since you’ll have to remove their heinous shag carpet once you move in. Sometimes the sellers aren’t willing to agree with you if they are getting lots of interest in their home, and it will take some serious negotiating to get this home under contract.

Negotiating can be a tricky business, so let your proven professional negotiator help you.
